Ziji Early Elementary School was started in 2010 by parents and teachers who wanted a small and intimate place for children to begin their educational journey, a school with connection at the center of the curriculum. A school where their children’s heart and mind would be nurtured, and their curiosity embraced.
Ziji still has a vibrant parent community. Seasonal community festivals—Harvest Festival, Lantern Walk, Solstice Celebration, May Festival—bring families together to celebrate transitions. Work days, community gatherings, and parent nights offer support and time to work and play together. Parents help out in the classroom and connect with each other on the playground after school.
